Terms & Conditions — United Kingdom
1. Booking Hold Period
Upon receipt of the initial payment, the selected property/space will be held for a maximum of 7 days. All outstanding payments must be completed within this period. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of the initial payment, which will be non-refundable and non-redeemable.
2. Refund Policy – Visa Rejection
Charges (excluding the registration fee) are refundable only in the case of a visa rejection, subject to submission of valid proof. Notification of visa rejection must be made at least 15 working days prior to the lease start date. If the notification is received later, one month’s rent will be charged by Autumn Rooms.
3. Security Deposit Refund & NOC Requirement
To initiate the refund of the security deposit, the tenant must request a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Autumn Rooms Technologies Ltd. upon successful lease completion or replacement. The NOC, along with the completed refund claim form, must be emailed to supportuk@autumnrooms.com.
4. Refund eligibility is conditional on
- All rents, utility bills, fines, and penalties being cleared in full.
- The property being returned in a clean and damage-free condition.
- Refunds of Security Deposit will be processed within 30 working days from the date of receiving the refund claim & only post the successful completion of the lease agreement.
- Furnishing costs, Booking Fees, Registration fees, Administration fees, Agency charges etc. if any are not refundable.
5. Tenancy Start Date & Early Move-In
Each property has a pre-defined tenancy start date. Rent becomes payable from this date, regardless of the tenant’s actual move-in. Early move-in requests are subject to availability and require prorated rent payment.
6. Quotation Validity
This quotation is issued only for registration purposes. The official lease agreement will be shared after receiving all required payments and documentation.
7. Move-in Eligibility
- The lease/service agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to do so will result in the postponement of your move-in.
- All payments must be completed prior to the move in date.
- All documentation must be submitted and acknowledged.
- Orientation Call must be attended.
